Are you trying to get ahead of all the madness this holiday season? One of the ways to get ahead is to get all your gifts purchased and wrapped. I hope to help you with that today by sharing some great wrapping paper resources.
I love a cohesive look of gifts under my Christmas tree. Usually each year I try to get a collection of wrapping papers that go well together, are in the same color family, and are a good mix of solids and patterns. I put together these wrapping paper collections that I think fit the bill perfectly.
I think these collections are a great mix of solids and patterns which I think makes the gifts look great under the Christmas tree. I love that you can pick a collection that’s more in the green family or red family and still have a mix of wrapping papers so it doesn’t all look exactly alike. Are you more of a red or green Christmas color fan?
Wrapping Paper Collections
I tried to use a variety of stores for each collection. There are wrapping papers from The Container Store, JoAnn’s, and Wrappily.
I recently found Wrappily when looking for environmentally friendly wrapping paper in the US. I love that their papers aren’t only recyclable, but they are dual sided. So each side has a fun print and you can reverse the paper for a different look.
There are some really classic looks like plaid and snowflakes with a few fun and whimsical prints thrown in as well. Mixing and matching these prints will give a cohesive look to all of your gifts under the tree. Plus after ripping them off you’ll be able to recycle most of them.
More Gifting Resources
I recently posted a podcast episode all about gift giving. It’s the perfect compliment to buying some of these wrapping paper options.
In Episode 41: Stress Free Gift Giving, I talk all about how to reduce the amount of gifts you have to give this season and some key gift wrapping tips. It’s a great episode if you’re feeling overwhelmed with all of the gift giving that has to go on this holiday season.
I also have a helpful Youtube video tutorial on wrapping gifts. If you think your gifts always look like an infant wrapped them, this tutorial will be really helpful. Watch it here!
To help you get organized I even have a Christmas gift tracker you can download and print out. It gives you one central place to write out all you need to purchase, if it’s been wrapped and given to the recipient. It’s a great tool to help you get organized. Download it here!
I hope you have a great holiday season and that these wrapping paper resources and tutorials will be helpful. Don’t forget to listen to this podcast episode to help you gift with less stress this season!
